The front room has been used as an office for many years.

Five years ago, the electric feed to the house was upgraded and placed in this room (in anticipation of the kitchen and turning the basement into a master suite.)  There is plenty of spare room in the electrical panel to add features to the house.  The basement was never turned into a master suite, but the kitchen was added.
