Items of interest:

The room was recently made into a laundry room (the other obvious option is to put the laundry in the back or front of the basement.)  Putting the laundry in this room made it quick and easy to wash and clean clothes since most the clothes were originating on this floor.  Also, sewing tables, ironing, etc could easily be performed.

Prior to being a laundry room, the room was a bedroom.  It would be fairly quick to convert it back into a bedroom.

The floors are recently refinished (including under the washer and dryer.)

The room has a closet.
