The panaramic view at the top of the website is from the 209 roof.

The roof is rubber and approximately 15 years old.  The roof has another 15-20 years. 

Because this is a rubber roof, the next roof can simply be another layer of rubber placed on top.  This means that when the next roof is needed, it will be much less expensive than a completely new roof.

The Fowlers have watched the plaza fireworks shows from the roof.  Trees keep the lower Plaza fireworks from being seen, but the middle and high fireworks are great to watch.
